CB Richard Ellis, Duke in venture

Duke Realty Corp. of Indianapolis and Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust formed a joint venture to acquire as much as $800 million of industrial properties.

The companies have identified six properties to purchase initially, they said.
