Leiweke: Kings 'headed in the right direction'

We're working on not only high-def but a bigger and better broadcasting package for the Kings. So we're in good conversations with Fox and we're working on that.

Anything else you'd like to add?

I'm as big a fan as everyone else. I spent a lot of money on tickets now because I figured it was time for me to understand exactly how they feel.

Where do you sit?

I used to sit in the middle in the center ice, about 12 rows up. Kings season tickets. I got yelled at a lot, so I decided, that's not working well. So I ended up -- there's some seats, probably third row, in the corner, they're fantastic. I love coming to the game and watching the kids. I'm having the time of my life right now.

It's fun. Every time I go to a game. I'm religious about coming every night no matter what's going on.

Do fans list their complaints to you?

Yeah. I'm all for people coming to me and giving me their opinion. All I ask is, I try to treat them with respect and I'm hoping they treat me with a little bit of respect too. My daughter sits there most nights or my wife sits there most nights and I prefer not to have people coming up and yelling obscenities to me. I know you're mad, but we're going to get it worked out here.
