Holiday closures

Today is Veterans Day. The following schedules will be in effect in Los Angeles County:

Government: All city, county, state and federal offices and courts will be closed.

Mail: No delivery except for express mail; post offices closed.

Banks: Most closed.

Libraries: All public libraries closed.

Schools: Public schools and universities closed.

Transit: Bus, trains and subways on regular schedules.

Trash pickup: Regular schedules in most cities.
