A Beverly Hills home built in the 1920s has come on the market for the first time in two decades. Owned by composer Lee Holdridge, who collaborated on the score of the movie "Jonathan Livingston Seagull," the property is listed at $3.2 million.

The English Tudor-style house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 4,774 square feet. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The property has a pool.

Holdridge has scored numerous films and TV shows, including "Splash," "Mr. Mom," and "16 Days of Glory." He has won six Emmys, including awards for the background score of "Beauty and the Beast" and the song "The First Time I Loved Forever."

Gracee Arthur of Ewing & Associates, Sotheby's International Realty, and David Findley of Sotheby's International Realty, Brentwood, co-listed the property.
