Edward Halverson, 49, entered the equivalent of a no-contest plea to a single felony.

Elizabeth Halverson, 50, was suspended as Clark County district court judge in 2007 after she was accused of mishandling trials, mistreating staff, falling asleep on the bench and having her husband sworn in to ask if he'd completed his household chores.
