Re: "Will fake cactus habitat stick?" Sept. 12

The coastal cactus wrens are alive and well in natural habitat in West Coyote Hills, but they are threatened by a development plan in the city of Fullerton.

Contrived cactus should be a last resort. The saner approach is to preserve natural habitat, including all of West Coyote Hills.
