Kanye West lowers price
There was just another price drop on the home that belonged to Kanye West's mom, Donda West, until her death in November. The Playa del Rey house, originally priced at $1,945,000, was dropped to $1,745,000 at the end of May. It's now $1,595,000.
West died of complications from cosmetic surgery. She was 58.
The remodeled contemporary, situated on Playa del Rey Hill, has ocean views and is just two blocks from the beach. The home has 2,009 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Kanye West, a 10-time Grammy Award-winning rapper and music producer, recently made headlines for allegedly smashing a paparazzi's camera to the ground at LAX.
