Passengers are not concerned with the facilities that house JetBlue in Long Beach. We appreciate the ease of traveling in and out of Long Beach.

Long Beach and JetBlue
Though JetBlue's in-air service is great, I choose it based on the convenience that the Long Beach airport provides -- no traffic, close inexpensive parking, short security lines.
I save time by traveling through Long Beach and would hope that JetBlue would recognize that there are more important factors in choosing a carrier than the waiting room.
