Plastica, the little store devoted to housewares, gifts and kids' stuff from around the world, is offering deep discounts on select merchandise this weekend. Plastic rugs and pillows also will be on sale, but the blowout item will be the store's large inventory of biodegradable bamboo cellulose pots in three sizes (3 -, 5- and 6-inch diameter) and seven colors. Price: $1 each. Come and get 'em while they last. The sale runs 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. "Cold drinks and fun will also be served up," owner Carla Denker says. 8405 W. 3rd St., Los Angeles; (323) 655-1051; www.plastica shop.com.
