Update: Team captain Dustin Brown did not travel to Minnesota because his wife, Nicole, is about to give birth to the couple's second child. Brown will rejoin the team later in this five-game trip. To replace him, the Kings recalled right wing Teddy Purcell from Manchester of the American Hockey League. During his previous recall, Purcell had one goal and seven points in 17 games. The Wild is 7-4-1 in its last 12 games and just completed a weekend sweep of the Red Wings and Blackhawks.
