Update: Brandon Roy will miss his third consecutive game because of a strained right hamstring. Rookie Rudy Fernandez replaces him in the starting lineup. Fernandez had 19 points Friday against New Orleans, but Portland lost, 92-77, in the Trail Blazers' lowest offensive showing since their 96-76 opening-night loss to the Lakers.
