U.S. slaps duties on Chinese pipe

November 06, 2009|Times Wire Reports

The Commerce Department has slapped preliminary anti-dumping duties ranging up to 99% on Chinese-made oil well pipe in the biggest U.S. trade action against China, a union group said.

President Obama heads to Asia next week on a trip that includes stops in China.
