Update: The Kings begin a six-game trip, the longest of the season, after scoring six goals in each of their last two games, home wins against the Sharks and Wild. They last scored six goals in two straight games during the 1997-98 season. Ten players have accounted for the Kings' 15 goals and 14 players have one point.The Blues opened the season in Sweden with two wins against the Red Wings, but defenseman Barret Jackman sprained his ankle in the team's loss to Atlanta on Thursday and was put on injured reserve. Coach Andy Murray, the former Kings coach who guided the Blues into the playoffs last season, recently got a contract extension.
