Otto is a spy who is called to solve a mystery. Otto finds a man dressed in a little girl's outfit. This man had put TNT in the Grand Canyon. The man fights Otto and gets away. A car tries to hit Otto. It misses him. If you want to find out the rest, you have to read the book.
