October 28, 2009|Times Wire Reports

President Obama's daughters, Malia and Sasha, have received their swine flu shots, the White House announced on its website.

Malia, 11, and Sasha, 8, got the shots from a White House doctor last week. Katie McCormick Lelyveld, spokeswoman for Michelle Obama, said the president and first lady would wait to get their shots until after people in priority groups, such as children, young adults and pregnant women, had been vaccinated.
