Philadelphia 9, at Milwaukee 4: Jimmy Rollins capped a six-run fifth inning with a three-run homer and Ryan Howard drove in two runs to help Phillies rookie J.A. Happ earn his 11th win.

Cincinnati 4, at Pittsburgh 1: The Reds completed their second sweep of the plummeting Pirates in less than a month before about 3,000 fans. The paid attendance was 15,892.
