at No. 2 Texas 64, Texas El Paso 7: Colt McCoy threw for 286 yards and three touchdowns for the Longhorns (4-0). UTEP is 1-3.

at No. 16 Oklahoma State 56, Grambling State 6: Keith Toston ran for 84 yards and three touchdowns for the Cowboys (3-1).

at No. 17 Houston 29, Texas Tech 28: Case Keenum's four-yard touchdown run with 49 seconds to play capped a 95-yard drive and won it for the Cougars (3-0). The Red Raiders are 2-2.

at No. 20 Kansas 35, Southern Mississippi 28: Todd Reesing threw for 331 yards and three touchdowns for the Jayhawks (4-0).

at No. 25 Nebraska 55, Louisiana Lafayette 0: The Cornhuskers (3-1) rolled in front of their 300th consecutive home sellout.

at Iowa State 31, Army 10: Alexander Robinson ran for 127 yards and scored three touchdowns for the Cyclones (3-1). Army is 2-2.

at Texas A&M 56, Alabama Birmingham 19: Jerrod Johnson ran for three touchdowns, tying a school record for quarterbacks, and also passed for three as the Aggies (3-0) beat the Blazers (1-3).

at Baylor 68, Northwestern State 13: Robert Griffin threw for three touchdowns; Baylor (2-1) scored its most points in 67 years.

at Kansas State 49, Tennessee Tech 7: Brandon Banks became the 12th player in NCAA history to return two kickoffs for touchdowns in a game. He went 93 and 92 yards. The Wildcats are 2-2.
