CONCACAF Champions League records: Galaxy 0-1, Islanders 1-0.

Update: The Galaxy fell, 4-1, to the Islanders on July 27 in their first preliminary-round game of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Assn. Football Champions League. The CONCACAF tournament continues through April 2011, but the Galaxy will need to make up major ground against Puerto Rico to advance to the group stage. They must either win Tuesday's game by four goals, or score five goals while leading by at least three.
