Real estate developer George Santo Pietro has sold a Beverly Hills Post Office-area mansion he built on spec for $23.5 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows.

The master bedroom suite has two sitting rooms. The grounds include parking for 40 cars and a swimming pool.
