Producer Gary Mehlman has listed his house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area at $2,249,000.

The two-story French country home, built in 1974, has ocean and canyon views. Two master bedrooms, three children's bedrooms, a maid's room and five bathrooms lie within nearly 3,100 square feet of living space.

The terraced garden includes nearly two dozen fruit trees. A swimming pool, patio, barbecue and spa sit off the main yard. The two-car garage comes with a motor court that can accommodate seven cars.

Among Mehlman's producing credits are the "The Bridge to Nowhere" (2009) and "Captivity" (2007). He has worked at Columbia Pictures, Universal and Sony Studios. He is in the process of casting for the thriller "The Au Pair."

Ginger Glass of Coldwell Banker's Beverly Hills North office and Madison Hildebrand of Coldwell Banker, Malibu Colony, have the listing.
