James Fielding sells Pasadena home for $2.35 million

The new owners are just in time to catch the Rose Parade.

James Fielding, the president of Disney Stores Worldwide, has sold his home in Pasadena for $2,325,000.

The Midcentury home, built in 1954, has walls of glass, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a gated lot of nearly 1 acre.

Mark Ogden of Sotheby's International Realty, Pasadena, had the listing. Carol Chua of Coldwell Banker, Pasadena, represented the buyer.
