Mavericks end Heat's win streak at five games

at Dallas 97, Miami 91: Jason Kidd scored 14 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter, and Dirk Nowitzki had 28 points as the Mavericks beat the short-handed Heat, which played without Dwyane Wade (strained left calf) and had its winning streak ended at five games.

Indiana 125, at Houston 115: Danny Granger scored 36 points, T.J. Ford led a second-half surge and the Pacers ended a losing streak at four games. It was the Rockets' first game with four new players from a three-team trade, but of those, only Kevin Martin played, scoring 14 points.

at Toronto 109, Washington 104: Jarrett Jack had 23 points and eight assists, Antoine Wright scored a season-high 19 points, and the Raptors won without Chris Bosh (sprained ankle), their ninth victory in their last 10 home games.

at Chicago 122, Philadelphia 90: Taj Gibson, a rookie forward from USC, tied a career high with 20 points and had 13 rebounds as the Bulls won their fourth straight.

at Milwaukee 93, Charlotte 88: Brandon Jennings and John Salmons each scored 19 points, and Andrew Bogut had 18 points and 13 rebounds in the Bucks' fifth win in their last seven games. The Bobcats are 1-10 all-time in Milwaukee.
