Update: This is the first time the Lakers and San Antonio have met this season. The Spurs have changed some over the years, but they still have mainstays Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and sixth man Manu Ginobili. This season they also have Richard Jefferson, acquired from Milwaukee, starting at small forward. DeJuan Blair, an undersized 6-foot-7, 265-pound rookie, is San Antonio's starting center.
