March 28, 2010

Cleveland 15, Angels 5

AT THE PLATE: Howie Kendrick hit a two-run double, and Brandon Wood and Torii Hunter each hit run-scoring singles in the Angels' four-run fourth inning. Hideki Matsui drew two walks, Wood had two hits and Bobby Abreu hit a run-scoring single in the third.

ON THE MOUND: Reliever Fernando Rodney, appearing in consecutive games for the first time this spring, walked three of the five batters he faced and gave up an infield single before being pulled in the sixth inning.
