Update: After losing their last two games, the Ducks face a Tampa Bay team that finished October with the best record in the Eastern Conference. Lightning center Steven Stamkos leads the NHL with 19 points. Ducks rookie defenseman Cam Fowler is expected to play after missing six games because of a broken nose and stiff neck, and the team confirmed what had become apparent: He will remain with Anaheim this season instead of returning to his junior team. The team also announced forward Kyle Chipchura is on injured reserve because of a concussion and will miss at least two games.
