New Haunted Tales of the Ship

When, where: Oct. 9, 16 and 23, Maritime Museum of San Diego

Welcome Back Monarchs Day

When, where: Oct. 10, Natural Bridges State Beach

Highlights: 10-10-10 at 10 a.m. marks the 30th anniversary of this event, the celebration of the return of Santa Cruz's migratory monarch butterflies. Festivities include kids' activities, handmade "monarch" (pumpkin) ice cream, educational booths and instruction about how to create a butterfly garden.

Art & Pumpkin Festival

Historical Haunted Walking Tour
