Sam Lindley leases Sunset Strip area home for $6,500 a month

The Mediterranean two-story includes a step-down living room, vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Producer-songwriter Sam Lindley, a.k.a. the Legendary Traxster, has leased a home in the Sunset Strip area for $6,500 a month.

The two-story contemporary Mediterranean, built in 1976, has a step-down living room with vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen, a media room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms in its more than 3,200 square feet of living space. A pool with spa and a built-in barbecue are in the backyard.

Lindley, 37, has worked as a producer for Ludacris, Mariah Carey and Twista.

Timothy Enright of the Enright Co. was the listing agent. Luis Pezzini of Sunset Strip Realty represented Lindley.
