Law & Order: UK: When a prostitute is found stabbed to death in her apartment with a large sum of money under her mattress, DNA evidence leads Brooks and Devlin (Bradley Walsh, Jamie Bamber) to a history professor (Greg Wise) (6 and 9:15 p.m. BBC America).

Melissa & Joey: Joe's (Joey Lawrence) younger brother (Matthew Lawrence, Joey's real-life sibling) pays a visit and becomes smitten with Mel (Melissa Joan Hart) in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC Family). A second new episode follows at 8:30.

America's Got Talent: David Guetta performs with Nicki Minaj and Flo Rida and Susan Boyle also performs in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).

Confessions: Animal Hoarding: A woman lives without electricity or running water in her home where she gives her 100 rabbits free rein to chew through her wiring and cause other damage (10 p.m. Animal Planet).

Top Chef: Just Desserts: It's a symphony of sweetness in this new episode, as the chefs are assigned to work in teams on a cake for members and patrons of the Los Angeles Philharmonic (10 p.m. Bravo).

Hot in Cleveland: In the rollicking season finale Melanie, Joy and Victoria (Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick) wake up on Elka's (Betty White) wedding day with no memory of the bachelorette party the night before. They find the house is full of sleeping frat boys, a loose iguana and a missing bride. Buck Henry guest stars (10 and 11 p.m. TV Land).

Necessary Roughness: Dani (Callie Thorne) helps the Hawks get over the "playoff curse" they believe they've been under for the past six years in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).

U.S. Open Tennis: Men's First Round and Women's Second Round (10 a.m. and 4 p.m. ESPN2).
