Springsteen was working on "Darkness on the Edge of Town."
Reissued albums: In the Dec. 27 Calendar section, an article about 10 essential albums reissued during 2011 misspelled the name of L'Orchestre Kanaga de Mopti as L'Orchestra Kanaga de Mopti.
Santa Claus portrayals: In the Dec. 25 Image section, an article about how Santa Claus has been portrayed in the movies said that in 1983's "Trading Places," Dan Aykroyd ate a stolen ham. The stolen food was a piece of smoked salmon.
