Before her role as Lily van der Woodsen on "Gossip Girl" (2007-present), the 43-year-old actress was in the series "E-Ring" (2005-06) and "Melrose Place" (1996-99).
The house was listed for sale at $1.299 million or for lease at $4,995 a month. Public records show Rutherford purchased the property in 2005 for $1.25 million.
