March 06, 2011

Theater listings: In the Arts & Books section elsewhere in this edition, a spring arts theater listing gives the wrong phone number to call for tickets to "God of Carnage." The correct number is (213) 628-2772. The error was discovered after the section went to press.

Show runners: In the Calendar section elsewhere in this edition, an article about TV show runners who are married and work together quotes Robert King as saying that he and his wife, Michelle, need to turn in a new script for "The Good Wife" every four days. They need to turn in a script every eight days. The error was discovered after the section went to press.

Performing arts center: An article in the March 5 Calendar section on the new Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts said that the center's environmental review and parking garage bogged down the project. The article should have said that the approval process for the garage slowed down the project. The garage construction was on time.

Oscar campaigns: A Feb. 27 article in Section A about long Oscar campaigns said that actress Melissa Leo had so many promotional commitments related to the film "The Fighter" that the producers of HBO's "Treme," in which she also has a role, cut her out of scenes. David Simon, the show's executive producer, said that the show's shooting schedule had to be rearranged due to Leo's publicity schedule but that she was not cut out of any scenes because of her promotional conflicts
