Texas Drug Wars: This new series follows elite Texas law enforcement units battling the Mexican drug cartel (10 p.m. Discovery).


Bobby's Ireland: Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, Bobby Flay takes viewers on a gastronomic journey through Ireland, exploring the new Irish food culture (9 p.m. Food).


Best Player: A deliveryman and a teenage girl (Jerry Trainor and Jennette McCurdy) prepare for a showdown in a video-game tournament in this new TV movie (8 p.m. Nickelodeon).

Battle of Los Angeles: This new sci-fi thriller about humans banding together to fight an extraterrestrial invasion shouldn't be confused with a certain big-budget, big-screen movie ("Battle: Los Angeles") that just opened with a suspiciously similar title and story line. This one stars Kel Mitchell, Nia Peeples and Dylan Vox. Kel Mitchell and Nia Peeples (9 p.m. Syfy).
