Wildlife adventure

Maple Leaf Adventures' "Great Bear Rainforest" expedition cruises through northwestern fiords, where rainforests, waterfalls and wildlife can be seen. Latin rhythms

The Ceiba del Mar resort is harnessing the popularity of reggaeton-themed Zumba dance classes by offering a package that puts Latin movement front and center. The schedule will include six Zumba classes, snorkeling, kayaking, a spa treatment and a tequila-tasting event.

'Vegan Express'

Green Earth Travel's "Vegan Express Heads to New York" visits rural and urban locations in the Empire State. Upstate, participants can volunteer at the nonprofit Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary. In Manhattan, they can visit shops where purchases support critters' well-being. Meals are vegan throughout, including at several acclaimed restaurants.

Cook and cruise

Food & Wine Trails' gastronomic odyssey, called "Best of the Med," pairs a cruise with chef Jamie Gwen, who hosts the journey.
