Hilo Coffee Mill ([866] 982-5551, http://www.hilocoffeemill.com) is in Mountain View at 17-995 Volcano Highway between mile markers 12 and 13. It's open 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Open Mondays-Saturdays. Drop-ins are welcome, but call ahead to schedule a tour ($10, or $15 with lunch) of the mill and farm.
