When on vacation in French Polynesia last November, Kathy Bonnell captured this scene as she sat on a beach on Moorea. The two boats were anchored in waters near the Moorea Village Hotel, and a long kayaker paddled off in to the distance.
"The quiet calmness of the water, the serenity and the silhouette of the boats against the sunset inspired me," she said.
The Fountain Valley resident used an Olympus X250,D560z,C350z.
