The Voice: The contestants face elimination in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).

The L.A. Complex: Six attractive young Canadians hungry for stardom share their dreams in this new series. Cassie Steele, Jewel Staite, Joe Dinicol, Benjamin Charles Watson and Chelan Simmons star (9 p.m. KTLA).

Frontline: Airing in two installments, the four-hour report "Money, Power and Wall Street" investigates how government and the financial industry have struggled since 2008 to bring the economy back from the brink (9 p.m. KOCE).

The White Room Challenge: David Bromstadhosts while Jamie Durie is among the judges for this new competitive series that gathers up-and-coming designers from across the nation and challenges them to create the most original, eccentric and outrageous white rooms they can imagine. In the premiere contestants must use at least 1500 flowers (9 p.m. HGTV).

Fashion Star: The remaining contestants work one-on-one with celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos in this new episode. Elle Macpherson hosts (10 p.m. NBC).
