No. 8 Miami Dolphins: QB Ryan Tannehill, Texas A&M –- Although he was recruited to college as a quarterback with great mobility, he was converted to a receiver in his second season. He maintained that role for the next 2 1/2 years and didn’t switch back to quarterback until midway through his junior season. As a senior, he completed 61.6% of his passes and posted a passer rating of 133.2.
