Spitz, the tasty Middle Eastern-inspired sandwich shop and home to the doner kebab with locations in Eagle Rock and downtown Los Angeles, has expanded to Los Feliz. On Wednesday, its new location on Hillhurst at Sunset soft-opened. The grand opening is expected to happen in a few weeks.
The Los Feliz Spitz was designed by Celeste Korthase Studio to reflect a breezy, street-food vibe, including street art that was found all over the city and plastered to the exterior walls. Inside you'll find a bar made with reclaimed wood from Frank Sinatra's Coldwater Canyon home. There's also a shuffleboard table and open-air seating.
