Actress Kristen Bell has the chic, girl-next-door look down to an art. The romantic comedy veteran is a master at playing it cool on the red carpet. From her tangerine Tommy Hilfiger gown at the Costume Institute gala earlier this year to her rainbow-colored Jenni Kayne frock from the recent Do Something Awards, Bell appears effortlessly at ease but on trend.
Bell and fiance Dax Shepard star together in the film "Hit & Run," which opens Wednesday. For the film's L.A. premiere Bell wore a black satin jumpsuit from the Jenny Packham fall 2012 collection. The look was signature Bell; easy and elegant. The long legs of the jumper successfully elongated Bell's silhouette. She happens to be 5'1," but appears tall and statuesque.
For a belted jumper similar to Bell's try the Blaize belted jumpusit from BeBe for $119. For a sleeveless version get the Ronnie jumpsuit by Rachel Roy for $139 and for a sexier style, reveal a little extra skin in the Blue Life V neck racer back jumper from Shopbop for $132.
Bell kept things simple sans accessories, but this look could definitely benefit from a bold, key piece of jewelry. Try the Versaille bracelet by lia sophia for $98. It's red-carpet ready without the fine jewelry price tag.
