Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter and staff will be demonstrating sandwiches this morning on KNBC channel 4 during the 6 a.m. news hour. We'll also be discussing upcoming LA Times food festival The Taste happening all Labor Day weekend at The Studios at Paramount! The Taste's Labor Day Picnic on Sept. 3 (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) is a family-style celebration of the sandwich in its many forms.
