USC VS. GEORGIA

When: 10:30 a.m. PST.

Where: Stegeman Coliseum, Athens, Ga.

On the air: TV: FSN; Radio: 710.

Records: Georgia 3-7, USC 4-7.

Update: After a tough loss to UC Irvine on Thursday night at the Galen Center, the Trojans had a crack-of-dawn flight to Georgia on Friday. The Bulldogs are struggling as much as the Trojans are, losing three in a row before beating Mercer 59-49 earlier this week. Sophomore guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope leads Georgia in scoring (17.4 points a game) and rebounding (7.4). The Bulldogs beat USC 63-59 last season at the Galen Center. The Trojans hope that two late three-pointers by J.T. Terrell against Irvine will help the Wake Forest transfer regain his confidence. Terrell, after starting the first nine games for the Trojans, played only 16 minutes in the last two losses.
