Update: The scoring drought for Kings center Mike Richards has stayed with him on the road. He has no points in his last eight games, dating to Jan. 14 at Calgary, when he had a goal and an assist in the Kings' 4-1 victory over the Flames. Kings rookie center Andrei Loktionov, who was a healthy scratch in Friday's game at St. Louis, returned to the lineup against Carolina on Saturday but had no shots on goal and was a minus-one. The subject of numerous trade rumors, Tampa Bay's Ryan Malone has missed the last four games because of an upper-body injury.
