Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown: All he wants is to be remembered on Valentine's Day, but what he'd really like is a greeting from the Little Red-Haired Girl in this animated special (8 p.m. ABC).

Street Dogs of South Central: A black Labrador mix and her puppies fight for survival on the streets of South Central Los Angeles in this new special (11 p.m. Animal Planet).


Cupid: This new romantic comedy stars Jamie Kennedy as a mysterious stranger — an alleged love expert — who makes a talk show host (Joely Fisher) an offer: If she can bring one couple together before the lovers holiday, he'll reveal her own true love to her. Roark Critchlow also stars (8 and 10 p.m. Hallmark).

Jules Verne's The Mysterious Island: Gina Holden and Lochlyn Munro star in this new TV Thriller (9 p.m. Syfy).
