Writer-producer-director Pen Densham has sold his house in the Windsor Square area for $2.75 million.
The English Manor-style home, built in 1906, was moved to its current location from Wilshire Boulevard and Vermont Avenue by the Bullock family — think department store — earning it the name Bullock House. An oversized entry with beamed ceilings leads to the living room, library, formal dining room and carved-wood staircase. There are eight bedrooms, 71/2 bathrooms and a basement.
The more than half-acre site includes a guesthouse and a swimming pool.
Densham's writing credits include the TV revivals of "The Outer Limits" (1995-2001) and "The Twilight Zone" (2002). He wrote and produced "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" (1991) and "Moll Flanders" (1996), which he also directed.
Public records show he bought the property in 1994 for $885,000.
Lisa Hutchins of Coldwell Banker's Hancock Park North office was the listing agent. Max Nelson of Deasy/Penner & Partners represented the buyer.
