Smith, who rode a stationary bike Friday, is to be reevaluated Saturday morning, and his performance on certain concussion tests will determine his availability. Arizona State is also short-handed. Coach Herb Sendek suspended three players before this Southern California trip and beat USC on Thursday with only six scholarship players.
