Mariem Alaoui Selsouli of Morocco has tested positive for doping, jeopardizing her place at the London Olympics.

French sports daily L'Equipe reported Monday that the World Anti-Doping Agency found a banned diuretic in her urine sample taken July 6. That is the same day she finished a 1,500-meter race in 3 minutes 56.15 seconds at the Paris Diamond League meeting, the best time in the world this year.

Selsouli finished serving a two-year ban last August for using EPO before the 2009 world championships. If Monday's report is correct, she could be banned for life.
