Lindsay Lohan was apparently not seriously injured Friday in a Porsche-vs.-18-wheeler accident that sent her and her passenger to the hospital. Nor was she under the influence, in case that's the first place your mind went.
Though the crash was still under investigation, the actress showed no signs of intoxication and was not cited for anything after the midday wreck on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, officials told L.A. Now.
Lohan had been driving to the "Liz & Dick" set before the crash, spokesman Steve Honig told the Associated Press, and was headed there once again after spending two hours at UCLA Medical Center.
Lohan's assistant, who was in the passenger seat, was said to be bloodied and bruised immediately after the wreck, Gossip Cop reported. Pictures of the black Porsche Panamera show that its passenger side sustained the most damage, including a shattered window.
