Megastunts — Highwire Over Niagara Falls — Live! In this two-hour special, daredevil Nik Wallenda attempts to cross Horseshoe Falls, on a tightrope suspended 173 feet above the raging waters (9 p.m. ABC).


Gojira:  Better known to Westerners as “Godzilla,” the granddaddy of all Japanese monster movies from the 1950s and ’60s. Takashi Shimura and Momoko Kochi star in this 1954 import (5 p.m. TCM).
