The Real Housewives of Orange County:  Drama continues at Heather's party in the season finale (9 p.m. Bravo).

Dance Moms:  Abby secretly enters Maddie in two competitions and then choreographs a group number inspired by "The Hunger Games," which seems appropriate for this new episode of the unscripted series (9 p.m. Lifetime).

Frontline:  The new episode "Dollars and Dentists" examines flaws in the dental care system that affect both children and adults (10 p.m. KOCE).

Pregnant in Heels:  While in Los Angeles to celebrate the opening of her new maternity store, Rosie gains a couple of new clients in this new episode (10 p.m. Bravo).

Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp:  Levi Johnston's book is published while Bristol struggles to adjust to life in Los Angeles in this new episode (10 p.m. Lifetime). Then, in a second new episode at 10:30 she arranges a meeting with Levi to discuss his role in his son's life.

Craft Wars: This new 10-episode competition series puts the spotlight on the $30-billion craft industry, pitting everyday enthusiasts against one another in difficult challenges. Tori Spelling hosts (10 p.m. TLC).

Franklin & Bash: When Jared (Breckin Meyer) serves as a small-claims court judge, his ruling on an outstanding contempt citation angers the rock music community and pits him against his father (Beau Bridges). With Peter Weller, Malcolm McDowell and Mark-Paul Gosselaar (10 p.m. TNT).


U.S. Olympic Trials: Track & Field Finals. (11 a.m. NBCSP). Swimming (1; 2:30; 3:30; 8; 9;10:30 p.m. NBCSP).
