Twenty Twelve: Hugh Bonneville —the Earl of Grantham on "Downton Abbey" — shows off his formidable comic chops in this droll new comedy series revolving around the London Olympic Summer Games, filmed in faux documentary style, premiering with three new episodes (6, 6:40 and 7:20 p.m.; 8, 8:40 and 9:20 p.m. BBC America).

Anger Management:  Charlie Sheen returns to television with this new sitcom (9 p.m. FX).

Trip Flip:  In the premiere of this new travels series, two New Orlean's tourists throw out their plans and take a free vacation which includes kissing alligators, flying in a seaplane and an airboat ride (9 p.m. Travel).

Rookie Blue: A carload from a bachelorette party crashes into another car, killing the driver in this new episode (10 p.m. ABC).

Chef Wanted With Anne Burrell:  A restaurant is looking for a new chef in the premiere of this new series (10 p.m. Food).

Wilfred:  Elijah Wood returns for a new season of the quirky comedy (10 p.m. FX).

Awkward. The irreverent comedy about insecure teenager Jenna Hamilton (Ashley Rickards) is back for a second season. Brett Davern, Beau Mirchoff and Jillian Rose Reed also star (10:30 p.m. MTV).

Brand X With Russell Brand:  The actor/comedian launches his new series (11 p.m. FX).
